CoolRoof, our AWESOME new product for Bermuda, protects residential and light commercial condensers from Bermuda's extreme weather patterns, including extensive solar heat, heavy wind, rainfall and falling debris during Bermuda's hurricane season, damaging hailstones and other harmful weather impacts that can damage the unit and cost homeowners expensive repairs in the long run, or even replacement of their units due to weather damage.
Made in the USA, CoolRoof is constructed of double wall, durable outdoor UV-rated polyethene. CoolRoof's double-wall 34 x 15-inch (86 x 38-cm) design is unmatched in strength and resiliency, but weighs only 5lbs. The bright white color reflects damaging sunlight, which helps the condenser run more efficiently and saves energy. The efficiency savings will result in a quicker payback period.
Installation is quick, easy and requires only conventional tools. After removing the condenser top panel, the CoolRoof paper template is used for drilling six holes. The CoolRoof is then securely attached to the top panel using six stainless steel mounting screws. The top panel with CoolRoof attached is then refitted to the condenser cabinet.
Unit is then protected from the elements for years to come.😊
